Consent to Mortgage and Tripartite Agreement is done between MIDC, Bank and Owner for obtaining loans after you get the sanction letter of loan from bank. We request you to kindly register with us inorder to get contacted and get your consent to mortgage done within a given period.

 

Documents required :

Request letter of original Licensee/Lessee for the issue of mortgage consent for raising the loans from Financial Institution/s.

Extract of minutes passed in the meeting of Board of Director/s of the Pvt. Ltd. / Ltd. Co. for raising loans from Financial Institution/s and authorising Director/s as per the Memorandum & Articles of Association and to sign & execute Tripartite Agreement between Lessee/s, MIDC and Financial Institution and to affix the common seal whenever necessary.

Certified copy of Detail loan sanction letter issued by the Financial Institution duly indicating the plot No. & name of Lessee/s etc.

No Objection Certificate from the Financial Institution/s (if the mortgage permission is granted previously.)

Xerox copy of Lease Deed with Registration proof.

Certified copy of Deed of Assignment together with Registration proof, (if the transfer is permitted previously.)

Copy of BCC or Valid Time Limit for development of plot, (if required.)

Current water paid bill.

Copy of On-line application to MIDC.

Declaration on Form No. A & B.

Copy of up-to-date Lease Rent Paid Receipt.

After successful completion of Consent to Mortgage loan will get sanctioned from the bank within 20 days.
